There is nothing like a hearty pasta dish on a cool winter night, it oozes comfort. But come on, pasta is good any night of the week, am I right?! This is a family favorite in my household and my extended family. And anytime family loves a dish I make, call it a winner. In the summer I jar my own pasta sauce and get to use it for the year in so many dishes like this one and the vegetarian version. Suggest serving with garlicky green beans and a fresh green salad with vinaigrette dressing or kale and lime Caesar salad, all items are add on options.

Ricotta and Spinach Stuffed Jumbo Shells

Ingredients
- Jumbo pasta shells
- Meat blend of italian sausage and ground beef
- Spinach
- Ricotta
- Blend of cheeses; parmesan and mozzerella
- Blend of spices; garlic, chili flakes, oregano, thyme, onion, parsley
- Egg
- Homemade pasta sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Loosen tinfoil lid on main dish and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove tinfoil the last 5-10 minutes to allow cheese on top to get all warm and gooey. Suggest serving with garlicky green beans and a fresh green salad with vinaigrette dressing or kale and lime Caesar salad, all items are add on options.
